The supervising staff occupies a central position in supporting the educational process of the children. As a reference person and attachment figure within the daycare center, the educator is a source of inspiration and a role model for these young future citizens.

Our educators accompany the children daily, encouraging their development and fostering their self-esteem by using and promoting their own skills and resources. This role is closely linked to the self-image that the child will build: each child’s potential will expand thanks to the personal and professional skills of each staff member.

Our objective is to make each child autonomous by providing them with maximum tools to learn how to manage the various situations they will encounter. This work can only be done in conjunction with the family.
